Similar issue but with different IDs, maybe caused by pressing different Agree buttons?

Both of these examples were also fixed by marking/unmarking something in the Data Quality Assessment section.

That’s got to be the first sign of madness… disagreeing with oneself. But of course, you wouldn’t be presented with the opportunity to explicitly disagree with yourself, so I guess not!
