Can you give more specifics? Maybe you actually have more than one account?

I’ve noticed some of my observations (from USA) disappear shortly after recording them, then reappear 5-10 minutes later. I assume it’s a caching or eventual-consistency issue on the server side.

To get to the bottom of this, I think you need to explain what you mean by “repeatedly”. Do they reappear and disappear over and over? Or have you (re)posted the observations multiple times, and each time they have disappeared? Or something else?
