I also do batch editing and uploading at the end of the day (usually on my phone because my computer doesn’t have as good editing software). When I do need on the fly suggestions I bring it up in Seek.
I use the Android app and it automatically pulls the location from the photo as long as I have the option on in the camera app to attach location to the photo. Maybe you had that setting turned off?
It gets the location, but not the location precision/accuracy circle. This means I still have to open the map on every single observation to refine the location, which is the most time-consuming step of the process after cropping and choosing photos.
