I am not exactly sure what you are asking here. You can filter for just your observations by checking “Your observations” or typing your username into the Person field.
But I think that’s what your photo is showing? If you want to remove obscured species from the search, you can include taxon_geoprivacy=open in the URL:
https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?user_id=dennisthediver&taxon_geoprivacy=open
