There was a slightly similar thread about trying to compile projects geared towards helping with identification, Identification projects . Lot of interesting and helpful projects were listed there, and since my post was promoting projects I’ll quote that here too:
Skulls and Bones is for global skeletal remains, and I believe at least New Zealand and South Africa have region specific projects for skeletal remains.
Bird Tracks and Signs is a global tracking project dedicated to evidence of birds, including pellets, eggs, nests, tracks, signs of feeding, bird calls and more. Feathers and bones are welcomed here, but I’d recommend adding them not only to that project but feathers to Found Feathers and skeletal remains to Skulls and Bones as well.
And if you ever found or are interested in fish bones with hyperostosis/excessive growth there’s my project, Tilly Bones . Since it’s really difficult to track them down, help with adding any observations you might have or come across would be much appreciated.

I just noticed this announcement of a research project that was posted yesterday:

They are looking for youngsters 5 to 19 who participated in the City Nature Challenge.

I started this project to see if I can help some animals survive the fear of my fellow gardeners. Many times I find myself saying to other gardeners: ‘nooo, don’t kill that bug! she eats aphids!’. People thinks everything moving is after their lettuce, and many times we kill the animals that are taking care of our pests.
So if you see and insect on your garden, have a look at https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/gardener-s-friends?tab=species because it may be helping you!
Also, please feel free to recommend new additions or corrections to the list of species. And for a more local view, you can use the search, for example for Spain: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=6774&project_id=gardener-s-friends-amigos-de-la-agricultora&subview=grid&verifiable=any&view=species

This is delightful ! A brand-new Project, you call my attention to it here, and I discover it has picked up one of my observations.
Even better: one of the taxa in your list is called " Agreeable Caterpillar Hunter."
Yes, I have joined.

I noticed that Coccinellidae (lady beetles) aren’t included in the list. Is there a reason why?
