Is there a way to search by uncertainty ranges? With photos using the coordinates on from a phone, the uncertainty is sometimes quite large and these observations are often far from where they were observed. Searching by large uncertainty values would save some time in tracking down poorly georeferenced observations.

Yeah, check out the URL parameter acc_above, e.g. your obs with an accuracy radius of 500 meters or greater: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?acc_above=500&place_id=any&user_id=nathantaylor&verifiable=any
