Thanks for supporting iNaturalist, @gretavalvonyte. Unfortunately I’m not sure if there’s much we can do on our end. I don’t remember hearing this happen to anyone else, and it seems like an issue with your bank and Donorbox, our donation platform.
It’s also possible to donate via either direct bank transfer or via PayPal - that might allay suspicions from your bank.
