Sweet Pepperbush

Sweet Pepperbush is one of the last of the native shrubs to bloom in summer. I’ve usually found the plant near the edge of wetlands. Where have you spotted it? Do you find it easy to identify in the winter time. I wrote a blog about the shrub if you are interested in checking it my take on the plant.
