Description of problem: I would expect that the sharp lower point of an observation marker (on a map ) marks the actual location of an observation. It appears that that is not the case and that the actual location of the observation is at the center point of the marker. You can see this in the included screenshots. The observation is in El Paso, as you can see on the zoomed-in screenshot, but the zoomed-out screenshot makes one think that the observation is in Mexico because the sharp lower point of the marker is below the location of the observation.
