fascinating. I can’t tell you anything about it, but I’m curious now, too.

Can you investigate the geology ?
or … digging for archaeology and relics ? Seems more likely to be human ?
If there are any iNat obs around the holes, you could ask those observers.

A question, a bit off topic, but is translation software included in this forum software?

–
Do not choose english as source language in the translation software, it can translate it but gives strange interpretation of the text.

Посмотрел по старым картам, тут когда-то фальварок был. Собственно, на первом фото его бывшая территория и сохранилась между полей. Возможно, это не ямы, а валуны от разрушенных зданий. Но немного смущает слишком правильное расположение концентрическими кругами.

I cannot read Russian, so must use autotranslate – and the English seems reasonable to me.

The warning about people searching for relics from the war, would make me wary.

And in the context of old farm and a regular grid. Might the farmer have accepted toxic waste for disposal ? Or an epidemic of diseased animals to bury ? Take care, and gather info first if possible.

I would exect one big pit. White pits are mentioned in this small woods: https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pestbosje

It was just my suggestion about war relics hunting with metal detector. Maybe, it wrong - just suggestion. Some man above suggest own opinion about just construction debris.
Author of post found out that there was “Folwark” (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Folwark) and thinks that it can be just building remains (like walls and etc), but still have doubts because these strange “dots” arranged concentrically.
Translator sometimes can provide strange text, because there is some phrasemes and other fixed expressions in russian language + jokes (just like mine about “subspecies”). Just like in English and others languages

The jokes need thorough knowledge of both languages. I live between my own English, my husband’s Swiss German, neighbour’s Afrikaans, and a few words of French. Lost in translation.

And the Dutch link from optilete – that was interesting !

Примерно 400 м до ближайшей деревни. Вряд ли тут будет что опасное.

The fact that it seems to have avoided conversion to farming, and is farmed around, suggests that there is something there. Pits can be quite historic.

It could be worth emailing or getting in touch with the Hrodna State Historical and Archeological Museum, which is probably a good starting point for historic sites in the region.

I cant seem to get the website to load but google gives

This is very interesting. I can’t wait to see what they turn out to be! Thanks for sharing…I’ll be watching for a future post.

There is a bit which looks similar in Poland?
