Traditional project option gone

I am trying to create a traditional project but the link to do so is gone. Really hoping this is a bug and not an intentional change, especially as the instructions page still mentions the option.

Edited to add: I have two inat accounts. I can see the last paragraph with the link to create a traditional project from one account but not from the one I want to use. And the new_traditional link does not work from that account.
