Trail Camera Data Management

So I received a trial camera as a Christmas present when I was 15. It was great, I got photos of all sorts of animals in my area, some of which I posted to iNat. However I was not very good at using computers back then, so the data is not really sorted at all. I had my camera set up for over four years until it stopped working, during which time it took thousands and thousands of photos, most of which are stored on various SD cards.
My question is, are there computer programs out there that can help me sort through and manage my trail camera data? I would love to look through it and create graphs and charts that track the seasonality of different animals and other things like that. Is there something that would allow me to tag the photo files with labels like “bear” or “deer” so that I can search for all the photos with bears or deer? Or even better, a program that can recognize the animals in the photos and tag them for me (obviously I know it wouldn’t be perfect but it would help)? The more user friendly the program is the better. I’m better at computer stuff now but I’m not skilled enough to use programs that require writing code. Free would also be a bonus, but I’m willing to pay for a program if necessary (and if it’s affordable).
Thank you.

search the web for “trail cam ai detection and classification”, and you should find lots of information. i’ve never used anything like this, but just scanning through, it looks like there are probably decent options that will detect mammals and birds which are free for the software, though might require expensive hardware. they seem well-documented, but i’m not sure how difficult / expensive these are to actually set up for regular folks. there are commercial products, too, but i bet these are probably more expensve than you would like.
