If you are looking for the formal definitions, they are in the 2018 International Code of Nomenclature for Algae, Fungi, and Plants (ICN), Division II, Chapter 1 ( here ).

Do you mean what terms are used for each rank? Or do you mean what is the definition of Class, what is the definition of Order, and so on?
