What do I do in response to the Sixty-first Supplement to the American Ornithological Society’s Check-list of North American Birds

The AOS published a supplement June 30 2020. The northwestern crow (Corvus caurinus) has been deleted.

My recent crow observations have been suggested as american crows (C. brachyrhynchos) - fine.

Do I, and everyone else, go back and change all the C. caurinus to C. brachyrhynchos?

No reason to in the short term, unless you wish to do it. When the Clements checklist (which is the authority the site follows for bird taxonomy) publishes their next update, which will not be until some time in 2021, the change will certainly be there and implemented then and it done automatically for you. Until then NW Crow will likely remain in the iNat taxonomy.
