On every observation, there is a symbol that shows the number of IDs, or some other ID-related thing: [Screen Shot 2024-12-08 at 11.58.56 AM] I was wondering, why choose this symbol? It does seem a bit random to me.

It looks like some kind of tag, so my guess is that it references specimen labels in a museum or something.
