I found this while searching through Unknowns. It has no photo and has Needs ID status. Without a photo, isn’t it meant to it have Casual status?

Looks it wasn’t indexed or reindexed correctly, which happens sometimes. I faved and unfaved it and it’s back to casual grade now.
