Hi @wmuller. I’m not sure there are many Dutch speakers in the iNat forum, so you might get a better response in a Dutch horticultural forum.
The advice on the RHS website recommends propagation from cuttings.
If you really want to try the seeds, they probably need cold stratification. In the fall, plant in a pot, label with the date, and leave outdoors over winter. Wait at least two years before giving up, as some woody plants can be slow to germinate.

@m_whitson zegt: Als je per sé zaden wilt gebruiken kan je het beste koude stratificatie kan gebruiken. Zaai ze in de herfst in een pot, label ze met een datum en laat ze 's winters buiten. Wacht minimaal twee jaar voordat je het opgeeft, omdat sommige houterige planten langzaam ontkiemen.
