Description of need:
As previously discussed, csv downloads from iNaturalist identify individual observations by their ID, but downloads from the Amazon ODP identify observations by their UUID. This makes it difficult to join data gathered from both resources.
Feature request details:
pleary already said he was open to including UUIDs in the csv exports, and since iNat would like to entirely switch to UUIDs eventually anyway, it seems reasonable to start including them now.
