Allow copy and paste of identified species text in Seek

Using a mobile phone I would like to be able to hold down on text to copy and paste it. This comes in handy when looking for more information on the things I identify. The most important text fields I’d like to copy are the Latin names.

This has been implemented, just tap on the scientific name.

Note that you must be logged in to iNaturalist in order to do this (due to Google/Apple rules for what apps aimed at kids are allowed to do).
