Ashitaba Japanese-plant--may-hold-key-to-slowing-ageing

Hi

This plant has been reported to have a wide range of interesting health properties e.g.

Has anyone seen it growing in NZ?

this discussion seems a bit spammy. if you want to grow something, maybe check the local nurseries for plants? https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=any&taxon_id=777001&verifiable=any

Thanks

Did that, no luck and nothing comes up in NZ for the inaturalist observations

I was advised to ask public forums about it.

if local nurseries don’t have it, you might check out local Asian hotspots and ask around. maybe a visit to a local Buddhist temple or something like that? i know of local sources, but i’m not in NZ, and i’m not sending plants or seeds overseas either. or maybe a local garden club or local farmers?
