Description of need:
Usernames are not suggested partway through typing when filling in the comment field on new taxon flags.
Feature request details:
Enable suggested completion of usernames as seen in all other comments fields.
It is an easy workaround to post the flag and then comment after, but it would be nice to be able to do it all in one step.
