Automatic time zones?

It removes any indication of time zone from the Uploader, and it will ignore the user’s time zone and any time zone information in the date string if coordinates are present.

This is only the Uploader and is webbased by Chrome or IE ? With my iPhone camera and iphone iNaturalist app i did not had problems in many countries (THailand, Sri lanka, Cuba, Indonesie, Portugal etc)
