Today, for the first time, a White-throated Sparrow also came to the spilled seeds.

That is really cool! There are so many at my bird feeders right now during the winter.

Cassowaries are considered the most deadly bird in the world. I love living in a country where the moment you wake up in the morning, you know you could die. From a spider or snake bite, or something else, like our box jellyfish. I’ve always thought that cassowaries really are like dinosaurs. Even though they aren’t related, they look like it.
