Can not change the projects displayed as "new and notable"

This functionality is pretty confusing for me as well, which is why I’ve asked for it to be redesigned.

I think what you’ll have to do remove some of the current featured/new & noteworthy projects from the page first. Then go to the project you want to add to featured or new & noteworthy. Does that work?
