Okay, thanks. I wasn’t sure what was possible with iOS. I guess I’ll stick to my two app method and hope the bird keeps singing. Also, I have recorded a singing bird using just the iNat app, then played the recording back from my computer speaker (with the cellphone next to it) to see what the Merlin app says. That has worked most of the time for ID purposes.
