If something is in a yard or maintained park, but was not planted by human hands should it be considered captivated/ cultivated etc?

If it is a weed or other spontaneous plant such as a self-seeded example of a garden plant that is growing outside of the intended garden area, then it counts as wild. Only plants that were deliberately planted or were deliberately sown as seed by humans count as cultivated/captive. Almost all the spontaneous plants count as wild here on iNat.
