Change default audio recording program in iNat app (Android)

I searched for this and can’t find it.

Somehow I accidentally changed the default App that iNaturalist app uses for recording audio on my phone. I want to switch it back to a better recording program (RecForge).

But I can’t seem to find a way to do it?

I changed the title to be a little more specific as that might help other users who can assist find this.
