The app says “Take Photo”, “Choose Photo” and “No Photo” but no options for audio and I’ve tried to figuring out how to do it through Choose Photo. Any ideas to fix this. Might need to place this in feature requests.

Sound recording in Android is currently in the beta release. There are instructions in the thread for becoming a beta user. Then you can download the beta version and test it out.
