Create a way for curators to save Flags for later, and be able to see them in the personal dashboard

Platform(s), such as mobile, website, API, other: mobile and website.

URLs (aka web addresses) of any pages, if relevant: NA

Description of need:
Describe the iNaturalist community need that your requested feature addresses. Include screenshots, URLs, and other details to help us all understand the issue.

I have some flags I would like to work on, but sometimes time when open them is not enough, those they are left for later. It would be nice to have a way to save those flags, to be able to find them easily and resolve them later.

Feature request details:
In detail, describe the feature you are requesting. This includes its functionality, where the feature is implemented, and what it might look like. Screenshots or mock-ups are helpful. The idea is to have a concrete and actionable request which the community can discuss and vote on. It might change through discussion, but itā€™s much easier to iterate and talk about something specific.

The feature might look as a saving icon next to the flag (like the star for favorite records). Then, those saved flags will be stored in a separate menu wihtin the flag page, like ā€˜my saved flagsā€™, or would be listed on top of the page of the flags session.

Flags are just URLs basically, so you can easily already save these as bookmarks in your browser, which allows you to organise them however you would prefer. This is likely the best solution overall.

You can do that as a workaround, but I like this concept of a saved flag feature, itā€™ll make it easier to see what flags I need to follow up on rather than me having to save them externally.

Iā€™ve been working through a lot of old flags recently, and Iā€™ve definitely seen many easily-resolved matters where a different curator did all the heavy lifting but didnā€™t quite close things out. And I suspect itā€™s because things tend to get ā€œlost.ā€ There are certainly workarounds, but I think a flag feature would probably be useful for a fair number of us - I know Iā€™d appreciate one!

Personally, Iā€™d probably use it for ā€œneeds follow-up,ā€ ā€œI can/should work this but donā€™t feel like it right now,ā€ and ā€œhereā€™s useful information.ā€ :slightly_smiling_face: Anyway, not necessarily the highest of priorities, but if itā€™s reasonably easy to implementā€¦

It makes me happy to see this feature will make life easier for several of us. Iā€™ll save the urls for now.
