here’s one way to do it with the API: https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/bulk-selection-of-observations-to-add-to-a-project/1747/73. i could make an example of how to do it in a Python-based Jupyter Notebook that can be run from JupyterLite in your browser, if anyone’s interested.
