CV on browser upload not making recommendations when location data present

Description of problem

Step 1: Using upload in browser add a photo with location data

Step 2: click on “Species Name” on observation and wait for CV to give list = "“We are not confident enough to make a recommendation” returned

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 but for same image with no location data. CV give same reply by provides a list of things not even remotely close

Hmm, I’m not seeing that either when I have location data or not, using Firefox:

just restarted my computer and now its resolved. Sorry I should have tried that before putting in a bug report.

No worries! Someone else wrote in with a similar issue, so there could be some sort of bug here.

Well, here’s what I see when I add the location of your observation:

Similar if there’s no location, but it lists other penstemon possibilities, which is expected.
