Description of problem:
User uploaded observation, adding a species name
-> another user entered a genus name to disagree with the ID, however,
-> the statement says the user disagrees this is family..., although no taxon on family level has been entered
-> community ID is genus level (correct), but the ID of the observation is still on species level (user did not opt-out of community ID)
I did not interact with this observation to keep the status quo.
