How do you download the plant phenology annotations? I can’t see the option in the possible download fields.
Right now, it is not available. Only observation fields can be downloaded, not annotations. There is a long-standing request to make them available that has not yet been taken up.

what are you trying to do with the plant phenology annotations? there may be several ways to get what you’re looking for via the API, though it may require a little coding.

It’s cumbersome, but you can create a collection project that filters out the species, location, and phenology annotations that you are interested in and then export the observations from the project as a workaround.

you probably don’t have to go to the trouble of making a project just to filter for annotations. there are ways to do that directly. https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/data-users-what-are-your-use-cases-and-requests-for-exporting-data/2972/44.
