Is there an automated method to integrate or feed eBird/hot spot sightings seen in the bounds of my iNaturalist “Place” into iNaturalist as an observation?

No, eBird and iNat store data in different ways, there isn’t a way to combine the sync data between them.

it might be worth noting that properly licensed research grade eBird and iNaturalist stuff both get sent over to GBIF. so you might be able to see your stuff combined over there. in GBIF, you can filter by dataset + a polygon or GeoJSON. so you could get the GeoJSON from your iNaturalist place to use for filtering over at GBIF. if you have the skills, you could also potentially use the APIs from the 3 systems to create your own thing to combine stuff.
