Cannot replicate this on Firefox, Chrome or Edge. Maybe it was fixed super fast.
Off topic - in the days of CRT monitors I sometimes amused myself by adjusting monitors to have exactly that effect. The sudden loss of real estate really confounded users and when I fixed it again, I was an IT god for awhile
