eFloras.org links on Taxon pages now lead to outdated GBIF pages

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Click on any plant taxon info page.

Step 2: Under “More Info,” click on “eFloras.org” (which now has a GBIF symbol), which opens to a GBIF page for that taxon, “which might have existed once,” but can no longer be found.

Step 3:

Someone had changed the link set-up at https://www.inaturalist.org/taxon_links/5983/edit despite the comment therein asking people not to do that without discussing first. It has now been restored.
