Given the theoretical chance, I’d bring back all of them made extinct by humans in the last 500 years or so. Bu I think I’d bring back the Passenger Pigeon above all others, closely followed by the Carolina Parakeet, since those are the closest to home.

I love Carolina parakeets, and there is decent hope for de extinction as they have sequenced and reconstructed the genome
