We had to restart on of our database instances, which required a short unplanned downtime. The site and service is back online and we believe this should resolve the problem.

Same here. Can’t add any IDs. @tiwane The POST to https://api.inaturalist.org/v2/identifications returns a 500 Internal Server Error.

Interesting effect of this. Was “informed” - on my dashboard - of an ID update (referenced in the url), but the ID is not showing (just the 4 month old ID). Despite this the observation ID has updated (from plant to Arctotis), but not the community ID (still plant) - 1 ID. [image]

Same ID issues for me. Annotations seem to be working, so I just did a big batch of those instead of working on IDs.

Things seem to be working fine for me again.

Same as above, with the ‘Failed to Load’ message when entering an identification via website. Browser : Microsoft Edge on laptop Tried reloading and rebooting etc. Same result.

Never mind. It started giving the “Failed to save record” message again.

It’s happening on the Android app too. I’m trying to add subspecies from Explore and after I got the tick it goes back to the suggestion page. No ID from me shows up. Annotation still work.
