"Failed to save record"... again

These observations do not accept anything other than comments:

They all give out the “Failed to save record, please try again later” when trying to agree with ID or enter a new suggestion.

I get the same error using Chrome on Windows

I just entered Cyrtodisca major with no problem on the first one, using Safari on a MacBook with Catalina. (I then deleted it because I don’t know what it is.)

It looks like all of those observations have been deleted. If someone experiences a similar issue, please open a new report. Thanks!
