I was lucky to get a book co-authored by iNaturalist Ben Kendrick. Edible East Coast Mushrooms: A Guide to Atlantic Canada’s Common Edible Mushrooms was just published this year by Formac Press. https://formac.ca/product/edible-east-coast-mushrooms/
This year, I was fortunate enough to receive a remarkable gift completely unrelated to the Christmas festivities. My grandmother surprised me with a LEGO® Botanical Succulent Garden set for my birthday. Although I have yet to assemble it, the thoughtfulness of this present truly resonates with me, particularly as an avid enthusiast of LEGO. It’s an extraordinary addition to my collection and a testament to her understanding of my passions.
I’ve seen that one! It’s so realistic.
Huge step from my homemade “sit-upon”,
I received this handy easy to carry stool! It is easy for me to set/collapse.
As I age I appreciate a seat from time to time, rarely near a dry clean seat…
Also fantastic to have a seat for meditation and listening/viewing sessions wherever.
It is mind boggling!
No question. A Christmas Eve spent with my wife, daughter, son-in-law, and my (exactly) four-month-old granddaughter!
Hard to top THAT gift of nature.
Yes, it is! Stick around for the greatgrandchilden!
