"Flag as inappropriate" link doesn't work from project pages

Description of problem:

Step 1: Go to a project page

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom

Step 3: Click “Flag as inappropriate”

Step 4: Nothing happens

I tested this on several different project pages with the same result.

The similar link on the bottom of individual observation pages works fine, though.
