I few of my observations are shown as Family or Genus level. is there any value in these or should I just withdraw them ?
No, just leave them and eventually someone may be able to identify them further. If you want you can ask the people who have identified them so far what features you should have included in the photos to allow better IDs, and learn from that for future observations.

There is still value in those observations, even if they don’t get to Research Grade (which really only means they get pushed to GBIF, not that they’re suddenly guaranteed useful for research and that they weren’t previously). For many taxa, it’s impossible to get a species level ID from ordinary photos - because microscopy/dissection is required, or because the taxonomy has simply not been resolved.
