GIF Small doesn't work

GIF - Small The Gif animation isn’t working for the small photo, bit works fine for medium and large.

We don’t officially support animated GIFs and will likely convert all image files to JPEG in the future. So it’s not really a bug since we never intended iNat to display animated GIFs correctly.
