Is there a way to combine iNaturalist data with google earth data points?
welcome to the forum. please elaborate. are you just wanting to map observations in Google Earth, or something else? how many observations are you thinking of mapping? are you open to mapping tools other than Google Earth?
You can download observation data as a CVS and use that to plot locations in various GIS programs, including Google Earth. There are some intermediary steps, and obscured observations won’t give you exact points, but it’s not difficult to do.
I don’t think there is any direct iNat-GE option though.

You can export a CVS file, as earthknight said, and open it with Qgis, a free and very powerful software.
