While using Safari, I can’t sign in using my Google account because the app isn’t verified. I don’t know my password for iNat and don’t want to reset it either. Will sign in with Google be allowed anytime soon?

It does not appear it will be fixed anytime soon. Using either one of the other external options if it is available to you (Facebook authentication etc) or redoing your direct iNat password are your only options.
