I’d like to have a project, or a shared list, meant for observations from members of my local Mycology club. But I don’t want EVERY observation of Fungi they make, only ones they choose to add to the list. The idea is they would add observations they specifically want ID help from our group experts on; but not every single ID they make (for instance, we have foray lists and don’t want to duplicate IDs that happen to meet the criteria of both)
Is this something that Projects can accomplish, or is there a way to have a simpler Shared List instead?
Look into Traditional Projects. There’s an option for them on the make a new project page. It lets you add observations manually.
