i think the deal is that the API won’t return records above the 10,000th, or something like that. if you open your browser’s debugger when you query page 105 on the observation page, you’ll see an error message for the API request that corresponds to the 417th page at 24 records per page. 24 * 417 = 10008, which is greater than 10000.
