Step 1: Opening a search page, for example:

Step 2: Looking for observations at the Turkiye

Step 3: Chosing Türkiye in the dropdown menu, but it returns with second option.

It is also occuring identify section sometimes.

So basically it is caused by Turkey is known but Türkiye is not known by database? Maybe changing Turkey’s name to Türkiye will fix it hence country name officially is Türkiye.
