iNat in film, Backyard Wilderness(2018)

This 43-minute film puts the narrative of a young person discovering nature and our effects on it together with incredible up-close footage of a season of life a little north of NYC. Maybe it’s that all the species in it are in my “backyard,” but I think this is an incredibly touching portrayal of life that is so near, but so often missed.

Also, part of it is making an actual iNat observation(3 minutes adjusted).
