Congratulations!
I just received an achievement for having reached my 6th anniversary on the iNaturalist Forum.
(Plus however long on the Google Groups group …)
And you only joined last year! bravo!
6,666 species with 12,925 observations is incredible diversity! I’m envious.
I have been sticking strictly to visual observations up to now. So, I suppose it is a milestone that today I posted my first audio observation.
It all started with a search… and a click. Who knew?
Today I celebrate my very first year on iNaturalist! I want to thank you all guys for your IDs, comments, help and trust you gave me since I’ve joined this community!
I couldn’t have done it without you!
And what a way to celebrate! My 1000th observation made today as well!
I recently reached two milestones:
5056 taxon changes added
506 Followers
I’m still working on 250,000 identifications. The majority of my IDs are plants from South America, but also from many other countries in the world:
245800 Identifications
If I go by the stats, I’ve already passed this mark: 255586 IDs made for others.
Oh, my goodness, so many taxon changes!! Thank you for working on these!
and for your always willing help to ID rare and unusual plants.
I’m happy to have been a small part of that number and have always appreciated your assistance.
Managed to reach my 7,000 species observed during a trip to Colombia in January and I’ve still got half my photos to process.
Too late to buy a lottery ticket: that was your whisper of grand luck passing you by!
Just stumbled upon an old thread of mine that made me just a little bit emotional for a moment…
We did it, 2023 me! We made it!
Congrats! I’m getting very close to 2,000 species myself. Putting up a sheet with a light at night adds a lot of insect species very fast.
That’s awesome, great job!! Keep up the good work! :)
